INTEGRATIVE APPROACH

analytically oriented psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy,
body therapy, art therapy

My form of therapy is a combination of methods that focus on perceiving and understanding your own feelings and acting accordingly, instead of allowing yourself to be controlled by them. My aim is to accompany you in your process so that your - often repressed - needs are seen and accepted in the therapeutic context. Only then can you break through old patterns and bring about change. The focus is on the connection between physical sensations, inner images and linguistic associations.

It is about enabling the psychological development that was prevented by early relationship problems, often occurring before, during or after birth. The priority is given to the therapeutic relationship, in which a transformation of disturbing behavior patterns is to be experienced. Since the first relationship already develops in the womb, and the prenatal issue is taken into account in my work, this form of therapy is also aimed at pregnant women, as well as people with birth traumaThe multidimensional approach to early experience can positively influence these early imprints.
